Concrete kitchen table top (DIY).

Hi. I just want to shared my DIY's work that is build up concrete kitchen table top. 

Idea and project site.
Concept: 'L Shape' with concrete counter top.
Equipment:  double bowl sink, tap, kitchen stove, 
Finishing: Apply with tiles.

Build couples of brick stand.
Material: 10 pcs of 4inch brick, coarse sand, cement, water.
Mortar ratio: 4:1 ( 4 coarse sand and 1 cement mixed with water)
Tools: spirit level, measuring tape, trowel, hammer.

Mould for counter top. 
Here, i used 3mm plywood (more thick, more good). Draw the outline shape and where we want put the sink and kitchen stove. Then, cut the mould with the knife.

 Set up the moulder & iron work
After the moulding for founter top done, put the mould above the brick bonding. dont forget to put wooden supported under the moulding and encircle the border with wood. After that, Iron work process. Here i used R6 iron and iron netting to supported the mortar.

Mortar and tiling work
After iron work done, Fill the mould with the mortar. I use ratio 3:1 for mortar which 3 coarse sand and 1 cement, mixed with water. Left up overnight till the mortar to be dry. After the mortar dried, take off all the stopper and supported wooden undder the mould. Next, the tiling work. here i used 2x1 feet tiles on the counter top. the tiling work, i use just cement mixed with water as mortar.

Piping work
Here consist of water inflow for clean water and water outflow for dirty/wasted water

Finish work
Here the picture of finish work ,concrete counter top attach with double bowl sink and kitchen stove.
